Barb Seegers

Barb Seegers is a Certified Canadian Virtual Assistant, a Certified Productivity Trainer and Organizing Consultant who has been organizing through management and offering administrative services for almost 10 years.

Seeing a rising need for better organization and productivity in the workplace Barb decided to help businesses owners create a solid foundation to build their businesses upon. There are also a growing number of home based businesses that require administrative services but are not at the stage of financial development to hire in-house staff.

In light of these needs Barb decided to establish Solutions Organizational Management, to help business owners, managers, sales teams and administrative staff to be better organized, focused and productive throughout their workday.

Barb is a proud member of the Canadian Virtual Assistant Connection, Professional Organizers in Canada, the National Association of Professional Organizers as well as the Network for Productivity Excellence.

Through hands-on organizing to structure the most effective and efficient workflow and computer organizing Barb helps businesses find the things they have worked so hard to create but can’t seem to locate easily.

Barb also provides many administrative services, both on-site and virtually, to businesses nation wide. She also facilitates a workshop called the GO System. GO stands for “Getting Organized” and as a certified trainer of the GO System, Barb is able to offer easy to implement ideas with real-life SOLUTIONS.
